What it is for:
This is for the business owner that simply does not want to have to deal with or worry about technology. It needs to work all the time. At this level you not only are able to easily forecast your monthly IT costs, you don’t have to worry about when you need us. Evenings, weekends, we are there to help.
At this level we are working in a true partnership with you. We are handling the vast majority of your IT needs with some limited rare exceptions and you are not incurring large additional costs if and when something does not go according to plan.
If you need advice on purchasing new systems or software, we meet with you, get a sense of your needs and not only give you advice on what to buy, we help source the parts for the best price. Once you get those parts we install them for you at no additional cost.
Your included 1 hour of in person support per month can be applied to not only support, but any other consulting that you may need per month. If you need help understanding how your point of sale, or credit card processor will integrate with your system. If you need help optimizing your internet and wireless coverage in your place of business we can help you with that. You can also apply the 1 hour of support to supplement your remote support needs if you choose. This plan is the most flexible of the service offerings.
We also do not apply an additional charge for after-hours work under this plan, if you need, or expect to need after hours, holiday and weekend support, the cost savings from the normal emergency fees pay for the entire cost of your monthly plan from the outset!
